The Continental is a stunning oceanfront condo property offering a gorgeous location in Key Colony Beach, Florida Keys.  The beautiful private beach and heated swimming pool provide a tranquil experience for a quick weekend getaway or a full week of adventure.  Long-term stays are welcome.

Our condos are beautifully upgraded with full kitchens and private bathrooms. We also have two-bedroom units for larger families. Each of our condos is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering comfortable queen and king beds. Our studio condos accommodate up to 4 people. Our two-bedroom units can accommodate 6 people. Children and families are welcome.

All linens are provided with crisp 100% cotton sheets for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath and beach towels. During your stay you'll have full use of the private beach, lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. You can also have a shuffleboard tournament if you're up to a fun challenge.

Don't miss the nightly sunset celebration right next door at Sunset Park.  This beautiful park offers some of the best sunset views in all the Florida Keys!

The condominium parking facilities provide four handicapped accessible spaces that are located closest to the entrance of the property. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities may not be able to access the second floor condos.The property is equipped with lighted emergency lights and an exit plan in each condo. The individual owners have not renovated any of the condos on this website for ADA accessibility

Visiting the Florida Keys

Your time in the Florida Keys can be as action-packed or as relaxed as you desire. Adventure-seekers can test their skills on a fishing charter, get up close and personal with tropical fish on a snorkel trip, or dive to explore a famous Florida Keys ship wreck. Feast on fresh seafood at fine Florida Keys restaurants. Or simply unwind and let go with the outgoing tide. You will be, after all, on island time.

Key Colony Beach is the perfect vacation setting with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. Visitors enjoy beautiful coral reefs, world class fishing, diving and much more. Within the city of KCB everything is within walking distance including three restaurants, tackle store and marina. We have tennis, bocce, pickelball and basketball courts all free to use by our visitors. We also have two children’s playgrounds and a charming par 9 hole golf course with rental clubs available.

Key Colony Beach is located in the middle of the Florida Keys at mile marker 53.5 on US Highway 1 which is known locally as the Overseas Highway. Driving south from Miami the Keys begin at mile marker 106 in Key Largo and extend all the way down to mile marker 0 in Key West. Our city, called the “Gem of the Florida Keys,” is on an ocean island just south of the Overseas Highway connected via a very small bridge.
