Enjoy the private beach just a few steps outside your door or walk to our large heated pool also just a few steps from your door.  Relax on the private balcony out back and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door,

Studio condo sleeps two people. Comfy king sized bed with new mattress and crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath and beach towels, toiletries and blow dryer.

We pride ourselves on immaculate cleaning with great attention to detail. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. Your end-of-stay cleaning service is included in your rate at no extra charge.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
