Planning a family vacation in paradise, Unit 41 is going to become your favorite getaway. This spacious 2 bedroom condo is ideal for friends and families of all ages. Unit 41 is located in the second floor. Each bedroom has 2 comfortable queen size beds, 100% cotton sheets and a private balcony. There are smart TV's in each bedroom  and reliable WiFi for evening entertainment and a large flat screen TV in the living area. The newly renovated bathroom has a large walk in shower and is furnished with 100% cotton, thick and plush bath towels. Please note; there is no bathtub in the unit. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make you feel right at home.  You can enjoy the glorious Keys sunrises from the private beach area that provides lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts and a BBQ grill. Your fresh linens, bath and beach towels will be waiting for you and the end of stay cleaning service if offered at no extra charge. We pride ourselves in keeping clean, up to date units and we are confident you’ll be thrilled with your experience. We have a laundry facility outside the building with two washing machines and two dryers. Our units do not have washing machines nor dryers inside. 

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
