Unit #3 is a studio condo on the 1st floor within a few steps of the heated pool and private beach. #3 features a modern, clean white interior with a high-end kitchen stocked with everything you need (dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, dishwasher and wine chiller). 

Unit #3 is a studio condo that sleeps 4 people. All new bathroom and kitchen with full size, new appliances. Two brand new queen-sized beds, crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. Bathroom has spacious walk-in shower. We provide thick cotton, high-end bath and beach towels. Your end-of-stay cleaning service is included in your rate at no extra charge. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!

Guests can enjoy the quiet private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
