Unit #4 is a newly renovated, ground floor condo, located just steps from the heated pool and private beach. Step out the front door and enjoy the ocean breeze! Condo, sleeps 4 people on two, new, queen beds. The newly renovated kitchen offers brand new, full size appliances and crisp white cabinetry. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware). We provide lovely 100% cotton bedding for a wonderful night's sleep after enjoying the Florida sunshine.

The bathroom was fully renovated in the Fall of 2019 with gorgeous new tile and fixtures. The walk-in shower is spacious and the cabinetry provides plenty of storage. The renovation includes all new furnishings including new beds, sofa and furniture. You will love the beachy feel of this beautiful condo. Also try relaxing on the private back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door.

Studio condo sleeps four people. Comfy new mattresses complete with crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun.

We pride ourselves on immaculate cleaning with great attention to detail. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. Your end-of-stay cleaning service is included in your rate at no extra charge.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
