05 - Seaside Sunshine

Unit #5 is located on the ground floor just steps from the heated pool and private beach.  This newly renovated studio condo is just delightful. Step out the front door and feel the ocean breeze!  This is a bright and cheery condo with two queen beds that sleep 4 people.  Newly renovated kitchen offers brand new appliances and gorgeous granite counter tops.  The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven,  toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc).  The bathroom has been renovated and features a walk-in shower. (Please note; there is no bathtub in this unit). Unit #5 has a Smart TV and Reliable WiFi. We have a laundry facility on the side of the building with two washers and two dryers. Our units do not have laundry inside. 

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
