Enjoy your favorite movies and shows on the Smart TV and reliable WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware. Ideal for light meals and extended stays.  Recently renovated bathroom with walk in shower (no bathtub), modern vanity, fresh towels, and storage space.  

Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Sunset Park right next door. Every guest has full access to the community amenities, including a private beach, heated pool, lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki areas, and BBQ grills throughout the property. We provide bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, and a blow dryer for your convenience. Fresh linens are provided before each arrival, and we take pride in immaculate cleaning and attention to detail. A shared laundry facility is located on the side of the building with two washers and two dryers. Please keep in mind, there are no washing machines nor dryers inside the units.

The path from common areas does not accommodate mobility devices, the bathroom doorway does not allow full accessibility, and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
