20 - Oceanfront Sunrise

Unit #20 is on the second floor with only one flight of stairs. (Our building does not have an elevator). Enjoy the glorious view of the beach and ocean. Relax on the private balcony and experience amazing sunsets.  This beautiful condo features a king size bed and pull-out sofa. The bathroom is newly renovated with plenty of space and storage, new tile, and a walk-in shower. (Please note there is no bathtub in this unit). Kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances, everything you need to complete full meals. 

A smart TV is in the unit and all guests have access to reliable WiFi. A laundry facility is also available for all guests with two washing machines and dryers, located in common area on the side of the building. Our units do not have washing machines nor dryers inside. 

Free parking is available for all guests. Please note; our parking lot doesn't have room for boats or trailers.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
