Newly renovated Florida Keys Studio Condo in Key Colony Beach with a private balcony, heated pool and sandy beach. Unit 40 is located on the second floor with one flight of stairs. (Please note:our building does not have an elevator).
Enjoy the private balcony or take a short walk to Sunset Park next door to experience a stunning Florida Keys sunset. Guests also have access to a private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts, and BBQ grills. 
Continental Inn Unit #40 offers 2 queen beds that sleeps 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with essentials, (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc).  The bathroom has been fully renovated for your comfort with a modern, clean design.  It features a spacious walk-in shower with updated tile flooring, a sleek glass enclosure, and a contemporary rainfall shower head, new fixtures, a modern toilet, and textured walls that add a stylish touch. (Please note this unit does not have a bath tub).
Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided upon arrival. We take care of everything for you and pride ourselves on keeping our condos super clean and fresh. We promise you a wonderful stay and a great Florida Keys experience.

Unit 40 has a Smart TV, and Reliable WiFi, and an Amazon Echo so you can listen to your favorite music. An on-site laundry facility is available for guest use outside the building; please note there are no washers or dryers inside the unit. 

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
