35 - Bright and Festive

Unit #35 is a bright and modern ocean-inspired studio condo designed to offer a fun and relaxing stay with every comfort in mind. It is located in the second floor. Please note that our building does not have an elevator. The open layout features vibrant decor, a cozy green sofa, and a comfortable king size bed. The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals including a stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and refrigerator.  Step onto the private balcony to unwind and enjoy beautiful sunsets over Sunset Park right next door. Guests also enjoy full access to the private beach, heated pool, lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills throughout their stay.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with updated tile and cabinetry.  We provide thick cotton, bath towels, beach towels, toiletries and blow dryer. for your convenience. Fresh linens are placed before arrival. We pride ourselves on immaculate cleaning and attention to details.  We also provide reliable WiFi. A Smart TV and an Amazon Echo for on-demand and free music and news during your stay. We have a laundry facility on the side of the building with two washing machines and two dryers. Our units do not have washers and dryers inside. 

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
