
Unit #35 is a bright, modern, ocean inspired studio condo designed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Located on the second floor (please note; the building does not have an elevator), this open space features vibrant decor, a cozy green sofa, and a king-size bed perfect for two guests. The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and refrigerator. Step out onto your private balcony to unwind and enjoy beautiful sunsets over Sunset Park right next door. Guest have full access to the community amenities, including a private beach, heated pool, lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki areas, and BBQ grills throughout the property.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with updated tile and cabinetry. (No bathtub is inside the unit). We provide cotton towels, beach towels, toiletries, and a blow dryer for your convenience. Fresh linens are provided before your arrival, and we take pride in immaculate cleaning and attention to detail.
Enjoy, reliable WiFi, a Smart TV, and an Amazon Echo for music and news during your stay. Guests have access to an on-site laundry, located on the side of the building with two washers and two dryers. Please note, there are no washers or dryers inside the unit.
Free parking is available for all guests. Please note; our parking lot doesn't have room for boats or trailers.
This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations or other disabilities. The unit is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building. The route from the common areas to the unit cannot accommodate mobility devices. The bathroom doorway is not wheelchair accessible, and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
