Newly renovated Unit #31. Located on the second floor. This studio condo sleeps 2 people and offers a king size bed. Kitchen is all new with modern white cabinets and brand new appliances - stocked with everything you need to cook a complete meal. Bathroom has walk-in shower and festive new tile and cabinets. No bathtub is in the unit. Comfortable king-sized bed with new mattress and crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels. Your end-of-stay cleaning service is included in your rate at no extra charge. Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!

Located in an ocean front complex offering access to heated pool, private beach in Key Colony Beach, Florida. Relax on the back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door. Beautiful ocean front beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts and BBQ grills for your use. Unit 31 has a large screen TV, and reliable WiFi. We have a laundry facility outside of the building. Out units do not have washing machines nor dryers inside.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
