31 - Ocean Blue

Unit #31 is a newly renovated studio condo located on the second floor with just one flight of stairs. (Please be aware there is no elevator in the building). This bright and comfortable studio sleeps up to two guests and features a king-size bed with a new mattress.

The modern kitchen features white cabinetry and brand-new appliances and is fully equipped to prepare complete meals, including dishes, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, and a toaster. The updated bathroom offers a walk-in shower with new tile and cabinetry. Please note there is no bathtub in this unit. Cotton bath towels, beach towels and fresh linens are provided upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate at no additional charge. This condo is located in an oceanfront complex in Key colony Beach, Florida, offering access to a heated pool, private beach, lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts, and BBQ grills. Relax on the private back balcony and enjoy sunset views from Sunset Park right next door.

Unit 31 includes a large-screen TV and reliable WiFi. An on-site laundry facility is available for guest use outside the building; please be aware there are no washers or dryers inside the unit.

Free parking is available for all guests. Please note; our parking lot doesn't have room for boats or trailers.

Accessibility Notice: This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations or other disabilities. The unit is located on the second floor with no elevator access. The route from common areas cannot accommodate mobility devises. The bathroom doorway is not wheelchair accessible, and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
