Unit #15 is a beautifully modern studio condo designed for comfort and relaxation. It is located on the second floor with one flight of stairs. Please note that our building does not have an elevator. 

This condo comfortably accommodates up to two guests featuring one king size bed. The updated bathroom offers a walk-in shower and ample storage; however, there is no bathtub in the unit. Fresh bath towels, beach towels, and crisp, clean linens are provided upon arrival. We take great pride in maintaining our units to the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and spotless stay.

The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances along with cookware, dish ware, cutlery, and glassware-ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Guests can also take advantage of the beachfront BBQ grills for outdoor dining with beautiful ocean views. The heated pool and private beach are only a few steps away from the unit.

For added comfort and entertainment, a SmartTV is available. Complimentary WiFi and free on-site parking are included. Parking for boats or trailers is not permitted, and there is no dock available at the Continental.

A shared laundry facility is located in the common area on the side of the building and includes two washers and two dryers. In-unit laundry is not available.

This condo is not ADA compliant and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. The route from the common areas does not accommodate mobility devices. The bathroom has not been modified for accessibility, the doorway may not allow full wheelchair access, and grab bars are not installed.
