Enjoy a stylish stay in this luxury private studio featuring a modern, gloss-white kitchen fully stocked with everything  you need to prepare complete meals.  Unit 15  is located on  the second floor. (please note: the building does not have an elevator). 

This unit offers the largest bathroom in the building, featuring a walk-in shower, new tile and modern vanity cabinets.  For your awareness there is no bathtub in the unit. The kitchen has been recently updated with brand new appliances and includes dishes, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender-perfect for smoothies and cocktails.

Relax on the private back balcony and enjoy beautiful sunsets from Sunset Park right next door.  This studio condo also includes an Amazon Echo for music on demand , reliable high-speed WiFi, and a Smart TV. 

Studio condo comfortably sleeps two guests and features a king-size bed with 100% cotton sheets. We also provide high-end bath towels, toiletries, and a blow dryer. On-site laundry facility available for guest use. (Units do not have washers or driers inside).

We take great pride in our immaculate cleaning standards and attention to detail. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in your rate at no additional cost.

Accessibility Notice: This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The unit is located on the second floor with no elevator access. The route from common areas cannot accomodate mobility devices, the bathroom doorway does not allow wheelchair access, and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
