17 - Coastal Keys Condo

Beautiful private studio with two queen-sized beds. Unit 17 is located in the second floor. Please note there is no elevator in our building. Kitchen is newly updated with brand new appliances, dishes, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender for fruity cocktails. Bright and cheery bathroom offers a walk-in shower and plenty of storage space. No bathtub is in the unit.  Relax on the private back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door.  Studio condo sleeps four people maximum. Comfy new mattresses complete with crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels, toiletries and blow dryer. We pride ourselves on immaculate cleaning with great attention to detail. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. Your end-of-stay cleaning service is included in your rate at no extra charge.

Unit 17 has a TV, and reliable WiFi. We also have a laundry facility on the outside of the building. Please note; our units do not have washing machines nor dryers inside. 

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
