17 - Coastal Keys Condo

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this beautiful condo studio featuring two queen-size beds and accommodating up to four guests. Unit #17 is located on the second floor with one flight of stairs. (Please be aware there is no elevator in the building). The newly updated kitchen comes fully equipped with brand-new appliances, dishes, cutlery, cookware, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and blender-perfect for preparing meals or refreshing smoothies and cocktails.

The bright and cheerful bathroom features a walk-in shower and plenty of storage space. Please note there is no bathtub in the unit.  We take great pride in our immaculate cleaning standards and attention to detail. Fresh linens and bath towels and beach towels are provided upon your arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in your rate at no additional charge.

Unit #17 includes a Smart TV and reliable WiFi. An onsite laundry facility is available for guest use on the side of the building; please be aware that there are no washers or dryers inside the unit. 

Free parking is available for all guests. Please note; our parking lot doesn't have room for boats or trailers.

Accessibility Notice: This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations or other disabilities. The unit is located on the second floor with no elevator access. The route from common areas cannot accommodate mobility devices. The bathroom doorway is not wheelchair accessible, and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
