28 - Sunrise View

Unit #28 is a ground floor condo with back patio facing east offering lovely sunrise views each morning.  This condo is just three doors from our private beach. Studio condo with fully equipped kitchen, bath and beautiful tropical furnishings. New King bed features crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a great nights sleep. Bathroom has walk-in shower and large vanity with plenty of storage. Kitchen is stocked with all cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, tools and appliances.  We provide wonderful 100% cotton bath and beach towels during your stay.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
