Unit #37 is located on the second floor, east side of the property. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom complete with extra storage and beautiful furnishings. Studio condo features 2 queen beds and sleeps 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). We provide 100% cotton, bath and beach towels. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you.

#37 is located on the second floor, east side, with one flight of stairs to climb. You will love the location, just 3 doors down from the direct oceanfront.

Relax on the back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door. Private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use. This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
