37 - Salty Breezes

Unit #37 is located in the second floor with only one flight of stairs. Please note our building does not have an elevator. This unit  features 2 queen beds and sleeps 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). We provide 100% cotton, bath and beach towels. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you. Bathroom has plenty of storage and features a walk-in shower. (No bathtub is in the unit).

Unit #37 is just 3 doors down from the direct oceanfront. It has a SmartTV and reliable WiFi.

Relax on the back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door. Our property has a private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use. All guests have access to our laundry facility located on the side of the building with two washing machines and two dryers. (units do not have washing machines nor dryers inside). The Continental Inn is a beautiful and quiet condo complex located on the west end of Key Colony Beach. This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
